By accessing and using Artistryyy Beta ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Beta Testing

Artistryyy is currently in beta testing phase. The Service is provided "as is" for testing purposes. Features may change or be removed without notice.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using OAuth providers (Google, Twitter). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Referral System

Our referral system allows users to invite others to join the beta. Referral codes should be shared appropriately and not used for spam or unauthorized promotion.

5. Data Collection

We collect basic profile information (name, email) from your OAuth provider for account creation and communication purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform acts that would be unlawful.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
